Delivery
Cost – From £4.99
For most parcels we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all UK Mainland addresses.
As trees are bulky and need to be shipped separately, these will incur additional charges of £6.99.
Couriers
Our preferred delivery option is Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service, but depending on the size and weight of your parcel we may choose another option, most likely Parcelforce or Evri.
Delivery Time
We aim to have all orders delivered within 5 working days, although at busy times or when awaiting stock this may take us a little longer.
When you choose next day delivery, we will do our best to ensure that your parcel is dispatched within 1 day. We will dispatch you parcel on a next day service, but unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that the couriers will meet their advertised timescale.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by our couriers.
We are currently providing a click & collect service operating from our Bluewater store. Please check our opening hours on our stores information page.
Processing Time:
For items that are in stock we aim to have orders ready for collection within 2-3 days; this may take a little longer if we need to ship items from our warehouse or other store.
We ask that all customers pick up their orders within a week of receiving confirmation that it is ready for collection. If you will be unable to pick up your order within this time please email us.
