    Shipping

    How long will delivery take?

    We aim to have all orders delivered within 5 working days. During busy periods, or when awaiting stock, this may take longer. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed explanation regarding delivery.

    What is the cost of shipping?

    For most parcels we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all UK Mainland addresses

    As trees are bulky and need to be shipped separately, these will incur additional charges of £6.99 per tree for our smaller trees and £14.99 for our larger trees.

    Can I collect my order in-store?

    Yes, you can collect your order from our Bluewater store. This usually takes 2-3 days, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
